Here’s everything you need to know about your order status and when you will receive your files.
How Long Does It Take to Receive My Order?
Most customers receive their order within 10 to 20 minutes. In rare cases, it can take up to maximum 1 hour.
Please be patient for this short time. As soon as your payment is confirmed, our system automatically sends your product to your email.
Where Will I Receive My Order?
- You will receive an email with your download link or access details.
- The email is sent from our new email address, so it sometimes lands in the Spam or Junk folder.
- Important: After you find the email, please click “Not Spam” or “Mark as Important” so future emails come directly to your Inbox.
Understanding Your Order Status
When you check your order in your account, you may see one of these statuses:
- Pending Payment — Your order has been created but payment is not yet completed.
- Processing — Your payment is being verified. This usually takes just a few minutes.
- On Hold — Your order is temporarily paused. This may happen for manual review or payment confirmation.
- Completed — Your payment is successful and your product has been sent to your email.
- Failed — The payment was declined or unsuccessful. No money was charged.
- Cancelled — The order has been cancelled either by you or by us.
- Refunded — Your order has been refunded (if applicable).
What Should I Do After Placing an Order?
- Wait for 10 to 30 minutes and check your email (including Spam folder).
- If you don’t receive the email within 1 hour, check your Spam/Junk/Promotions folder.
- Mark our email as “Not Spam” so you receive all future orders without delay.
- You can also log into your account on our website and check the Orders or Downloads section.
