You will receive your order directly through email as soon as your payment is confirmed by our team.
How Delivery Works
Once you place an order and complete the payment, our team manually reviews and confirms it in our dashboard. After confirmation, we immediately send you an email containing the download links for your purchased products.
In most cases, this process is completed quickly. However, sometimes the very first delivery email may land in your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder. This is actually the most common reason why customers don’t receive their files on time.
Important Step You Must Take:
If you don’t see our email in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder immediately. When you find our email, click on “Not Spam” or “Report Not Spam”. Doing this tells your email provider that our messages are safe. Once you mark it as “Not Spam”, any follow-up emails from us will land directly in your main inbox.
What to Expect
Once your payment is fully confirmed and received, you should get your delivery within 10 to 30 minutes in most cases.
If your payment shows as “Pending”, “On Hold”, or there was any interruption during the transaction, we will first verify the payment status. Once everything is cleared, we will process and send your order right away.

If you have not received your product even after 30 minutes of successful payment, please don’t worry. Simply send us an email at ethicalfounder@gmail.com from the same email address you used while ordering.
In your email, attach:
- A screenshot of your successful payment (UPI, card, or any other method)
- The name of the product you ordered
Our team will personally check your order and deliver the files to you within 10 minutes.
