Returns & Refund Policy
At Ethical Founder, we sell only digital products — high-quality AI image prompt packs, prompt bundles, and downloadable digital assets.
Because these products are delivered instantly via email and digital download the moment your payment is confirmed, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, cancellations, or refunds after the product has been sent to your email address.
This policy exists for a simple reason: once a digital file is delivered, it cannot be “returned” like a physical product. It can be copied, saved, or shared. For this reason, we maintain a strict no-refund policy on all purchases.
Why We Have a Strict No-Refund Policy
- Digital products are non-tangible and non-returnable by nature.
- The moment you receive the download link or the files, the product is considered fully delivered and consumed.
- Allowing refunds after delivery would expose us to abuse, which would ultimately hurt honest customers through higher prices.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to any refund, return, or cancellation.
Limited Exceptions – Only These Cases Are Accepted
We will only assist in the following specific situations:
- You received a completely different product than what you actually purchased.
- You entered a wrong email address at checkout and never received the files.
- You cannot locate the delivery email even after thoroughly checking your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.
Change of mind, “I didn’t like it”, “it’s not what I expected”, or “I found it cheaper elsewhere” are not valid reasons for any refund or exchange.
How to Request Support (Very Important)
If you face any of the rare issues mentioned above, you must contact us immediately with complete proof.

- Clear screenshot of your payment confirmation showing Transaction ID / UTR Number
- Your Order ID (if available)
- Exact product name you purchased
- The email address you used during checkout
- Your correct email address where you want the files to be sent

We verify every request manually. Only after we confirm your payment and details will we resend the correct product. We aim to resolve genuine cases within 30 minutes during business hours.
Product Exchange Rules
- Exchange is allowed only if the new product has the same price or lower.
- If you want to exchange for a higher priced product, you must pay the full price difference.
- All exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
- No exchange will be entertained after 24 hours or after you have downloaded the files.
Important Warnings
- We are not responsible if you enter the wrong email address during checkout.
- We are not responsible if the delivery email goes to your spam folder and you fail to check it.
- Repeated frivolous requests or attempts to abuse this policy may result in your account or email being blocked from future purchases.
- All decisions regarding refunds, exchanges, or replacements rest solely with Ethical Founder and are final.
