Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any product from Ethical Founder. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
Digital Products & Delivery
All products sold on this website are digital in nature. There is no physical shipping. After successful payment verification, products are delivered either through direct download links or through a secure custom HTML page hosted on our platform.
Two Types of Products
We offer two categories of digital products:
- Standard Products: These include prompt bundles delivered in CSV, TXT, PDF, or Google Drive format. You are allowed to resell these products. No extra charges apply for reselling rights. If you need legal documentation, you can request a No Objection Certificate (NOC) by contacting us.
- Premium Secure Prompt Packs: These high-quality and trending prompt collections are delivered through a specially designed, secure HTML page. These pages come with advanced protection to prevent mass copying and downloading.
Secure HTML Page Usage & Restrictions
Our secure HTML interface is built with care to protect the quality and uniqueness of your content. You can easily search prompts using keywords or browse through well-organized categories. Each prompt has its own “Copy” button, making it simple and convenient to use individual prompts.
However, we have deliberately disabled bulk selection (Ctrl+A), full-page copying, and complete downloading. This is not done to trouble our customers — it is done to protect your interest.
Why We Protect These Prompt Packs
When you pay for premium content, you deserve to create unique work. If we allowed anyone to copy thousands of prompts in one click, those prompts would quickly spread across the internet. Imagine this situation:
You buy a premium pack, carefully craft beautiful images or videos using those prompts, and post them on Instagram. At the same time, hundreds of other people who got the same prompts for free or through reselling start posting almost identical content. Your hard work loses its value. Your content gets lost in the crowd.
This is exactly why we implemented strong security. We want every customer who pays for our products to have the advantage of creating fresh, unique content — not duplicated work that floods social media platforms.
Reselling of Secure Products
You are not permitted to resell, share, or distribute access to our secure HTML pages or premium prompt packs. These products are strictly for personal business use only.
Password Protected Pages
Some secure pages are password protected. If we change the password for security reasons, the new password will be sent only to the registered email address associated with your purchase. It is your responsibility to provide a valid and active email address.
